Barry Thompson, Jr. is a Physician Assistant at the M.O.S.T. medical practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant from Howard University in Washington, D.C. He has been working in medicine for nearly 20 years.

He has done general training in all specialties of medicine but has mainly worked in urgent care and occupational medicine in both the District of Columbia and Maryland. However, he soon found that he enjoyed working in Orthopaedics and it has been his professional focus for the last 10 years.

Mr. Thompson is licensed in the State of Maryland and is certified by the NCCPA. He regularly attends conferences to continue his medical education, including the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
