With a uniquely focused sports medicine practice, the only one of its kind in the Washington metropolitan area, M.O.S.T. physicians, staff, therapists and trainers are qualified to care for all athletic injuries.

Our expert care is perfectly designed to bring injured persons of all ages and skill levels back to their pre-injury form. Our physicians and physical therapy teams have literally returned thousands of athletes to their previous level of play. All of our physicians utilize the most modern arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques available. They are experts in caring for knee injuries, including complex knee cartilage and ligament injuries, shoulder injuries, including rotator cuff, labral, and stability disorders, and many other upper and lower extremity disorders.

We are specifically focused on helping our younger, still developing athletes.Our expertise allows us to return pre-high school and high school aged athletes to peak form in as rapid a manner as possible. Our staff currently teach ACL-tear prevention programs to numerous soccer teams. We are currently working to partner with area schools in an effort monitor and prevent many future injuries.
