M.O.S.T., Metro Orthopedics & Sports Therapy, is a state-of-the-art, full-service orthopedic sports medicine practice, sports physical therapy, and physical fitness conditioning center that offers a unique team approach to your care.
We provide comprehensive sports medicine care. All four of our physicians are specialists in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, which gives us a unique completely sports medicine focused practice. No other Washington practice is completely devoted to the care of athletic injuries. As a result, we can address a wide spectrum of sports/orthopedic injuries with true expertise, from the common ankle sprain to the extremely complex multi-ligament knee injury. Our emphasis is on using the most minimally invasive techniques possible and rapidly returning our athletes/patients to their work or sport.
Our sports physical therapy staff are experienced at returning athletes of all levels to competition. However, they give the same attention, dedication, and focus to the rest of us, regardless of the injury. Our therapy staff works long hours to be available at your convenience.
M.O.S.T. was established over 25 years and during that time we have worked with a wide variety of patients including elite athletes of all ages, athletic working professionals (weekend warriors), as well as a number of "seasoned citizens" striving to maintain good health and fitness. Our practice has two locations with facilities offering the latest equipment and flexible hours to work around your busy lifestyle. Our doctors are recognized around the nation as leading orthopedic physicians and are board certified or board eligible with specialization in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.
At M.O.S.T. we pride ourselves on same day scheduling of orthopedic consults and physical therapy evaluations, when possible.
